About Roy/Walker and Associate

Our History

Roy/Walker and Associate was incorporated in 2021 with a simple belief: where a person starts in life should not determine where they can go.

From the beginning, our work has focused on addressing educational differences and expanding access to practical knowledge—especially for youth, young adults, families, and individuals living in underserved communities. We recognized that the opportunity to learn, understand, and make informed decisions can have a lasting impact on a person’s future.

A difference in access to knowledge can become a difference in opportunity. Financial knowledge, educational guidance, understanding of available resources, and the ability to plan for the future can shape the choices a person is able to make for years to come.

That is why Roy/Walker and Associate was created to do more than simply provide assistance.

We believe communities grow stronger when people gain real knowledge, practical skills, and the confidence to use them. Rather than focusing only on giving or short-term support, we work alongside individuals and communities to understand challenges, build knowledge, identify opportunities, and find practical paths forward.

Our work has grown to include financial literacy and education, tax education and assistance initiatives, disability and family support, community programs, and pathways that connect people with resources and future opportunities. Each area reflects the same purpose: helping people better understand the decisions and opportunities that can affect their lives.

We believe education should be practical. Financial literacy should be something people can use in real life. Support should help people move forward, not simply get through one moment.
